Appointment Policy Service

This policy outlines the clinic’s procedures and expectations regarding patient appointments to ensure efficient scheduling and high-quality care for all patients.

1. Appointment Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled by telephone, email, or through the clinic’s online booking system.

Patients are responsible for providing accurate and current contact information to facilitate communication and appointment reminders.

2. Arrival

Patients are requested to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to allow for registration and any required documentation.

Patients arriving late may have their appointment time reduced or may be asked to reschedule to avoid disruption to subsequent appointments.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee as determined by the clinic.

4. Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

Patients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be recorded as a “no-show.”

A no-show fee may apply. Repeated no-shows may result in limitations on future bookings or discharge from the clinic’s care at the discretion of management.

5. Emergencies and Exceptions

The clinic recognizes that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the clinic’s discretion.

6. Patient Responsibility

By scheduling an appointment, patients acknowledge and accept responsibility for adhering to this policy.
